Part Time PA/Office Manager

My client, who is one of Europe's leading providers of specialist consultancy support for the pharmaceutical and bio-tech industries based on the outskirts of Cambridge, is currently recruiting for a Part Time Personal Assistant/Office Manager to join this dynamic business and manage the organisation of a small office for the Managing Director.

The hours are flexible, and you will be able to agree core hours - ideally 20/25 hours per week.

The successful candidate will have a background in Office Management and will feel comfortable with numbers - creating simple invoices and spreadsheets. You will have the willingness and flexibility to do anything that needs doing around a small office and for the business. You will have strong IT skills, particularly within Word, Excel and Outlook. Communication skills are essential as well as a good sense of humour. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to take on a new challenge and has the ability to multi task and work independently. Full training will be given.

Key responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support as required
- Confidential management of information, both company and personal
- Maintain supplies of stationary and office supplies generally
- Maintain financial summary spreadsheets
- Negotiate and process supplier bills
- Generate outgoing invoices, including personal expenses, record, copy and file
- Mail merges for Sales & Marketing
