Our client are an exceptionally well established accountancy practice based in FInchley Central. They are looking to recruit an adept PA / Office Administrator to join their friendly team.
They are looking for a candidate to join them on a part-time basis. Monday to Friday - circa 5 hours per day which could incorporate a school run.
Daily Duties to include:-
PA to DIrectors including travel organisation and diary management
General Office Administrative Duties
Dealing with emails and incoming / outgoing correspondence
Reception Cover where required
Ordering stationery and office supplies
Developing and implementing administrative systems
Adhoc duties as required
Skills & Knowledge
•Minimum 3 year's experience in a administrative/PA role
•Strong administrative skills
•Exceptional communication skills, English grammar and spelling.
•Flexible and adaptable
Hours - Monday to Friday - Circa 5 HOURS PER DAY
Salary AAE - circa £11-13 per hour
