Administration/ Assistant - PART TIME

Our client, a large FMCG business based in Leatherhead, is looking for an Administrator/Assistant.

This role is working part time over 5 days per week, 25 hours per week paying £15,000pa

The main purpose of this role would be to support in setting up customer taste panels, by recruiting colleagues, distributing products and obtaining feedback through an online questionnaire.

Responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting the right customers from the screened panel database
  • Requesting samples be delivered on the correct date and time
  • Creating online questionnaires
  • Preparing samples
  • Reporting results to the team
  • Updating trackers with results
  • Supporting with sensory screening sessions

Skills/Experience required:

  • Previous office or administration experience
  • Excel skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organisational ability
  • Keen interest in food industry
