Innvino is a national wine importer and distributor, you can find more about the company by visiting our website We are urgently looking for an adaptable part time Office Coordinator (20 hours a week) to play a key role in our small and friendly team in our office 5 minutes walk from the City. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking for variety in a genuinely rewarding environment.



Manage customers credit

Make suppliers payments

Sourcing and logistic:

Place order to suppliers

Organise transport to our warehouse

Make sure goods are quickly ready

Organise landing of the wines in the warehouse

Advice customers on ready date for out of stock products

Organise customers deliveries

Transfer stock from 2 different warehouses

Sales support:

Enter orders into system

Create invoices and send them to customers on delivery day

Create customers into CRM

Liaise with customers and track orders

Take customers’ orders

Help to resolve any issues that arise

Update sales KPI

General duties:

Managing the day to day activity of the office

Assisting in the delivery of key projects when required


Have experience with office administration

Have a good customer service

The right person must be able to work on their own

Advanced MS Office skills, CRM, accounting system

Immaculate presentation
