Our client is a friendly, well-established company with a good reputation, based in the Southsea area. The successful candidate will take on a range of office administration duties including:

  • Executive Assistant duties for two Directors, diary management, booking meetings, processing expenses and filing documents
  • Managing incoming bills and invoices for utilities
  • Office stationery, managing stationery levels and ordering
  • Setting up for meetings, ensuring refreshments are stocked
  • Assisting with general management of other company properties, including management of utilities, maintaining schedule of suppliers and assisting with costs

The company are ideally looking for someone to work circa 20 hours per week in the office. Previous experience within a similar administrative or PA/EA position would be highly beneficial.
