Part Time Office Administrator

My client based in Huntingdon is looking for a Part Time Administrator to join their team on a Permanent basis.

20 hours/week

4/5 days/week

Main accountabilities:

1. Placing orders for the design team

2. Responsible for collecting and collating all quarterly employee inspection forms

3. Responsible for producing files for site operatives and filing returned information

4. Data input on electrical software

5. Carrying out simple drawing changes on schematics

6. Answering and transferring phone calls

7. Invoicing

8. Providing cover for other admin staff for holidays

9. Working as part of the admin team to ensure office stationary and supplies are kept above minimum stock levels
