We are looking to recruit an experienced Office Administrator to work in our client's well known and respected Sheffield accountancy practice.
This busy corporate finance and general accountancy business is expanding and hence require an experienced and enthusiastic administrator to support the existing team and help provide an outstanding service for their clients.
Administrator duties will include:
Answering the phone to general enquiries and providing the caller with in friendly and welcoming manner and professionally handling the call.
Document production on Word & Excel to support the practice business and managing the electronic filing of the practice's documents
Office management, diary management, stock control, liaison with suppliers, service engineers & IT providers.
Ensuring the office presents a welcoming and professional appearance for all visitors
Welcome visitors, customers, clients and professional visitors to the office
Some simple bookkeeping tasks that will assist existing accountancy staff.
Training will be provided where necessary.
Who would be ideal for this Administrator position:
Someone competent at Word & Excel
Someone with a warm, friendly and professional disposition and natural communication style
Someone with previous experience in an office environment
Our client is requiring 25 hours per week office cover and this can be broken down to suit your own commitments with core hours between 10am x 3pm.
