Part Time Office Administrator

Reed Wigan & Bolton are very excited to be working with a very successful WIGAN (WN3) based client who is looking for a PART TIME Administrator to join their local team. You would be working on a temporary-to-permanent contract, the role could go permanent within 2/3 weeks.

The successful candidate will attract a salary of £17,000 (Pro-Rata) which is an hourly pay rate of £8.70 per hour.

The working hours are Monday – Thursday 1PM – 5PM and Friday 12PM – 3PM (23 hours per week). You will never be expected to work weekends.

Duties will include:

• Taking inbound calls from customers answering queries
• Administration duties include data input onto Excel
• Taking messages for the team to follow up with
• Generally supporting the team with administration
• Raising purchase orders
• Booking in stock

Person Specification

I am seeking a candidate who is experienced within high attention to detail administration. The right candidate will have a pro-active attitude to work and be used to working in a busy environment. Good customer service skills are essential and experience using the Excel system would be beneficial.

This would suit an administrator that wants part time hours on a permanent basis.
