Salary: 21k (pro-rata)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am to 2pm
The client are an expanding team who need additional administrative help to assist with any ad hoc duties including HR, Customer Service and general office duties. You will be the regional contact on behalf of the team as the main UK base. The role is brand new and will be flexible depending on the assistance required by the team - they are a friendly, bubbly bunch so a lovely team to join!
Responsibilities will be to:
Organise and support providers of travel, communications, transport, catering, stationery, post, couriers, internal and external guests as well as IT, telecoms, parking and general reception.
Provide general office administration.
Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and procurement.
Assist HR with organising induction programs for new UK employees.
Record office expenditure and manage the budget.
Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services.
Organise wider office functions (Christmas Party, Summer Party, and other events as and when required).
Set-up of all new IT Equipment, liaise with IT Contractor for all new IT requirements (including new starters), assign work station, carry out assessments, start-up stationery, assign extension number, issue access passes explain systems and procedures
Regional contact for Admin UK Team
Assist HR with reviewing and updating the company’s policies as including the Health and Safety Policy and arrange checks accordingly:
Assist with Health and Safety audits, Risk Assessments, First Aid, Fire Warden Tasks, Emergency Procedures, PAT Testing
