This is not a marketing and comms role. This is a membership specialist role working on the database with IT, managing the membership team, understanding membership provision and trends across a range of different members and ensuring that the processes are in place to provide a high level of service to all members.
The experience we need.
- Experience of membership management is essential
- Team management experience
- Experience of grant management and societies would be beneficial but isn't essential
- Sound knowledge of database systems and CRM
- The confidence and gravitas to be client facing
As Membership Manager, you'll develop a variety of membership offerings for a broad range of clients. You'll assist in the delivery of those membership services, as well as grants services provided to clients, ensuring consistent and efficient processes for all clients. You'll manage a team of three direct reports, supporting and aiding with development while maintaining a robust and flexible membership team.

What you’ll get in return.
