Part - time HR & Payroll Coordinator - Apparel / Fashion - Swindon

One of the world's largest apparel brands is looking for a highly motivated part time payroll and HR Operations Specialist

You will support the HR Business Partner in various administrative matters, make clarifications with the social insurance of UK and support payroll administration.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Personnel administration from A-Z

Administration of employees benefits, health insurance, and pension schemes

Process and control of the tax at source

Responsible for absence management

Apply and control of work permits ( if needed)

Creating and maintaining all records required in order to calculate payroll for all employees

Support of the payroll run

Preparing internal and external reports

Candidate profile:

Min 2 years of experience in similar position

Good knowledge about Payroll processes and UK labor law

Excellent interpersonal communication skills including empathetic listening

Good knowledge of MS Office and local IT/Payroll system

Whiz in Excel

Hours of work will be flexible and can be either 2.5 / 3 full time days a week or 5 days part time
