In this newly created role the HR Advisor will act as first point of contact for all HR advice and support.
Key responsibilities will include:
-Recruitment & Selection, dealing with applications through to offer and Induction
-Ensure the HR system is up to date and accurate ensuring GDPR compliance.
-Act as first point of contact for all ER issues including grievance, disciplinaries, sickness and absence
-Responsible for issuing contracts, changes in employment and any legislative requirements.
-Training & Development Organise and deliver where applicable, any training requirements.
-Support the HR Manager with ad hoc HR projects when necessary
This role is offered on a part time basis, ideally working 30 hours over 5 days. The site is easily commutable from Norwich, Attleborough, Thetford, Diss and Bury St Edmunds
Candidates will have demonstrable HR generalist experience supporting managers and employees across all levels of the business.
This is a varied role and offers great flexibility for anyone looking to work on a part time basis.
