A highly established, Global medical organisation is seeking an experienced part-time HR Advisor (30 hours a week over 5 days) to join a busy HR department to support the HR operational and recruitment requirements of the business. As the part-time HR Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the HR database, general HR administration and some ER. This organisation prides itself as being the best in the business and are always looking for ways to improve.
Recruitment: Managing vendors and applicant tracking. Some direct sourcing, screening and supporting Stake Holders through the process - end to end.
HRIS: Ensuring all HR data is up to date and producing reports where appropriate.
HR Administration: Training, on -boarding and all general administration.
Employee Relations: Basic investigation and note taking.
Health and Safety: Modelling best practice.
You will ideally have previous HR generalist and administration experience in a multi -site organisation. Good working knowledge of HRIS and managing master data would be preferable along with some experience of Health and Safety. Your confident nature will be demonstrated by your ability to influence and your organisational skills will be second to none.
