Permanent & Part Time HR Administrator job - Based in Burnley - £19,000 PA full time equivalent

Your new company
Your new company is a well-established, telecommunications business that is based in Burnley, Lancashire. Due to a re-structure within the team, they are now seeking an experienced, part time HR Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. Within the upcoming months, this company will be relocating to new offices in Blackburn which will assist them with their planned growth.

Your new role
Within your new role, you will be working within an established HR administrative support team in which you will deal with all HR administration deadlines and HR policies. Your typical duties will include dealing with new starter and leaver administration, induction processes and absence management. Other parts of your role will include dealing with the pay and benefits, structural changes, holidays, training and disciplinary records alongside the management of all HR correspondence and the recruitment and selection process. This will be a part time role which includes you having to work Thursdays and Fridays - approx. 15-18 hours per week.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will not require any HR qualifications but you must be able to demonstrate HR administration knowledge. Some experience in a previous role within a fast moving company would be preferred alongside the use of a HR system. You should have excellent organisational skills, strong IT skills and excellent time management skills.

What you'll get in return
In return for this, you will be rewarded with a competitive annual salary of up to £19,000 per annum which will be pro-rated on your hours worked. You will receive a number of excellent employee benefits including generous holidays, onsite parking and a pension.
