Part-time HR Administrator

Excellent permanent part-time HR opportunity with a well established Company in Redhill. This role involves providing HR support to the Head of HR and providing an efficient, professional and effective administrative service within the Company on all aspects of HR, ensuring that the Company's HR policies and procedures are implemented appropriately.

This role is due to commence as soon as possible, although notice periods will be taken into account. Hours of work will be 22.5 hours per week - over 5 days and will be worked over either 8.30 - 1pm or 9 - 1.30pm. The holiday entitlement is 25 days (pro-rata). Extensive free parking on site and good access to public transport.

Duties involved in the role will include:

- Preparing job adverts
- Coordinating interviews
- Liaising with recruitment agencies
- Organising contracts and inductions

HR Support
- First point of contact for receiving notification of HR issues within 3 sites (when required liaising with external Legal HR Advisor)
- Monitor sickness/absences and report to management
- Conduct back to work interviews

HR Administration
- Management of confidential personnel details to ensure compliance
- keeping employee details up to date
- Maintain holiday records
- Draft letters to inform of changes in salary
- Administer the Auto Enrollment pension process
- Ad hoc HR admin as required

In order to be successful in this role, you must have the following skills and experience:

- Previous experience in an HR department
- Up to date knowledge of employment law
- Confident attitude and the highest degree of confidentiality with employees
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Highly competent in the use of MS Office packages
