Great Part Time HR Administrator for a job share opportunity in Luton near Luton Airport. In great offices and coming onto an established team they are looking for someone keen to use their HR experience in a part time position, ideally looking for someone to start ASAP.
Leading Aerospace company who are developing their HR Shared service centre into a leading team within the business and have granted the request for someone to go part time hence require the other half of the week for a job share, the days and hours are flexible around you and they are looking for someone capable with experience in HR administration dealing with contracts, templates and data entry of HR information with an understanding of the what the data represents and means.
Part Time HR Administrator duties are as listed below;
- HR Administrative duties inputting details into their standardised templates for contracts and induction packs. Use their systems to accurately record changes to HR information and new starters
- Support the HR SS Manager wherever possible with Adhoc duties as requested
- Assist the HR analyst with any information and HR data collation
Experience required for this Part Time HR Administrator position
- Looking for part time hours of 15-22.5 hours per week split across any days
- HR Administrative experience
- Has experience of using HR systems
