The Role

Our Part-Time HR Administrator will be needed for 23 hours a week and will provide a complete administrative service to the HR Team in respect of recruitment, starters and leavers, payroll, record keeping, learning and development, absence issues and visa requirements.

What you need to be successful

HR experience isn’t necessary, you do need excellent customer service, a collaborative way of working and excellent attention to detail. A proactive, self-motivated approach and a positive outlook is key. A high level of professionalism when dealing with challenges and difficult situations and the ability to maintain calm in these situations is imperative.
