We are an established recruitment consultancy now in our 21st year of trading. Our head office is Romsey, near Southampton. We specialise in helping our clients recruit IT professionals for roles in IT Infrastructure, IT Software development and Cyber Security. We help recruit for a wide range of organisations across the UK and overseas.
We are looking for someone to assist in a part-time capacity to assist with candidate search efforts. Specifically, to identify appropriately skilled individuals willing to work in Dubai on fixed term roles for IT vacancies we have in Dubai.
oAssist in creating job adverts for publication to online job boards
"Selection of best candidates:
oReviewing of applicant CVs to determine if they meet the criteria the client has set.
oContacting candidates that respond to adverts to discuss roles over the telephone and via email.
oProactively searching for candidates on various internal and external data pools
oConducting telephone interview with candidates to assess suitability
"Presentation of applicants:
oPreparation of CVs in readiness for transmission to the hiring organisation.
"Assistance in the interview process:
oOrganisation and confirmation of interview details
"Administration of vacancy applications.
Person Specification and Qualifications:
"Articulate with good written and verbal communication
"Excellent telephone manner and confident on the telephone when liaising with candidates / clients
"Experienced user of Outlook & MsWord
"Highly organised and have a good attention to detail
"Happy working independently
This role will suit an individual that enjoys research tasks as much time is spent reading CVs online and assessing candidates prior to connecting with them on email or telephone.
