Part Time Helpdesk Coordinator

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Facilities organisation who are recruiting right now for their out of hours Help desk team.

This is a Part Time role and the shifts are:

Week 1: Mon/Tues/Thurs 4pm - 9pm and Saturday flexible to work 8.30am -3.15pm or 2.45 - 9pm

Week 2 : Tue/Wed/Fri/Sun 4pm - 9pm and Sunday flexible to work either 8.30am - 3.15pm or 2.45pm - 9pm

Do you have excellent customer service and administration skills,are you competent in the use of Microsoft applications - Outlook, Excel, Word, have the ability to work well as part of a team or independently as required and are you bale to deal with conflicting priorities calmly and efficiently.

Some of what you'll do:

* Logging service requests
* Using resources including tracking systems to achieve the best decisions for scheduling, allocation of work, control of work and work completion.
* Understanding Service Level Agreements and/or KPI's defining equipment priorities, response and fix times.
* Developing an excellent understanding of all clients and contracts.
* Completing progress/status up-date reports to Clients or Client agent's systems.
