Our client is an expanding installation business looking to recruit their first Health & Safety Officer on a part-time basis to support their future growth and scale up.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will continue to develop their existing health & safety systems and procedures to enable the business to manage their risks effectively as they expand. You will work closely with the current Consultant to ensure the systems are effective and meet the business needs. You will also have responsibility for health & safety audits on plant but also on site with installations as required (c2/3 days per month at most).
With a minimum NEBOSH certificate, you will have practical experience in the management of Health & Safety systems and processes in a manufacturing or industrial business. Any experience in an installation environment would be advantageous.
This is a part time role, that can offer complete flexibility around hours but can also expand over time with business growth.
