My fantastic client based in Quedgeley are currently recruiting for a German Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a part time permanent basis.
The successful candidate will provide customer service to all customers over the phone or via email. This is a great opportunity to join an expanding business within a fast-paced environment.
-Responsible for generating and processing New Sales in the department via telephone or email
-Responsible for the completion of online orders following internal processes
-Dealing with customer sale and existing enquiries
-Capture Customer feedback about our products
-Liaise with our Courier partners to ensure successful delivery of our goods
-Respond to Product related questions from Customers
-Protecting customer information, including sensitive financial information, in accordance with Company Policy
-Fluent in German
-Previous experience in Call Centre/ Customer service environment is desirable
-Excellent written and verbal communication
-Professional and flexible
-Able to work as part of a team supporting colleagues and promoting excellent team spirit
-Able to adapt and deal with changing demands
-Ability to work flexible shift patterns
Hours- 2 days per week 8am-5pm
