I am recruiting for a part time Financial Admin person to work 9am - 3pm 5 days a week you must have previous experince with the financial services:

  • Dealing with client and insurance provider queries via email, letter and telephone
  • Obtaining quotations from insurance providers
  • Ensuring the application forms were fully completed and signed before sending them to the insurance company via their online system
  • Dealing with the compliance
  • Ensuring client information was kept up to date
  • Dealing with the Director's diary manamgement

Competencies:

  • Able to demonstrate organisation and time management skills.
  • Proven excellent Customer Service skills.
  • Knowledge and/or understanding of Financial Services would be beneficial
  • Excellent Telephone Manner
