Part-Time Finance Manager

Our client is a growing SME with a bright future.

Following this growth, they are looking to recruit a forward-thinking, hands-on Finance Manager to join their close knit team.

Responsible for one member of staff, this role offers an excellent opportunity for someone who wants enjoys a challenge.

Your role will be immensely varied and duties will include;

Producing monthly management accounts
Developing, implementing an producing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets and forecasts
VAT returns
Producing relevant and informative management information to help drive the business forward
Margin review and analysis
Suggesting and actioning updates and improvements for accounting system
Annual returns
Producing ad hoc reports
Working closely with senior management ensuring the smooth running of the business from a financial perspective
Suggesting improvements for working processes and systems
Overseeing HR function with external assistance

This role will suit someone who is qualified or qualified by their experience and likes an all-round position. The scope for growth is excellent because as the business grows, so will the position.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, focused and a strong communicator who enjoys a challenge. Experience working for a growing SME would be advantageous and a strong understanding of systems and Sage also key.
