Part time Finance Assistant required by successful growing company based between Witney and Chipping Norton. This is a newly created role, due to expansion, and is a great opportunity for someone looking for part time hours to join a friendly finance team. The Finance Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Entering supplier invoices onto the system
  • Reconciling and processing monthly VAT return
  • Producing aged debtor list
  • Submitting payroll information to 3rd party provider and reconciling salary journals
  • Processing CIS journals

Hours of work are relatively flexible, ideally 20-25 hours per week. The ideal Finance Assistant will possess previous accounts payable and VAT experience and be able to use Sage and Excel. Experience with payroll and CIS would be desirable, although not essential.
