Part Time Finance and Administration Manager

I need a dynamic, ambitious, creative individual who will get involved with all aspects of the business as well as being a confident and brilliant Finance and Administration Manager!

This growing and fast moving company are seeking a part time Finance and Administration Manager to cover maternity leave (initially 6 months). The role is 28-35 hours per week and will come with a salary up to £28,000 (full time equivalent).

As the Finance and Administration Manager you will have complete control over the Accounts. You must be able to take the accounts to trial balance, oversee an audit, produce monthly & quarterly reports, manage multiple budgets and supervise the Finance Assistant. Experience with Quickbooks would be very useful too!

As well as handling all Finance matters this role will include HR, administrative and project work as required by the Chief Executive.

The client would ideally like someone who is a minimum of AAT Intermediate level but a strong QBE will also be considered, provided you have the right experience!
