Part Time Finance Administrator

Job Summary

As a shared service centre for LJA Miers & Co, Miers Construction Products & Kestral Construction Products, this role will be working as part of the finance team as an Administrator. This is a part time position over 5 days per week, approx. 30 hours.

Key responsibilities

  • Assisting with all aspects of admin within the Finance Dept.
  • Requesting proof of deliveries from suppliers and forwarding to customers.
  • Scanning documents.
  • Answering telephone, helping with queries.
  • Undertaking any other reasonable requests or duties as required within the finance team.

Skills and Attributes

  • Conscientious, hard-working with an attention to detail.
  • Confident telephone manner.
  • Admin and computer skills.

Minimum Experience required

Previous office experience essential.
