Yellow Bricks Recruitment are hiring for an experienced Finance Administrator to work 25 hours per week in this part time (12pm until 5pm Monday to Friday) job sharing role in Marlow. We are looking for an all rounder who will play an important part of this busy team.
- Maintaining pricing and supplier information on the ERP system
- Raising purchase order numbers
- Electronic filing of secure information
- Negotiating with suppliers to secure the best rate
- Ordering stock as directed
- Post information on official channels as directed by Accounts Manager
- Handling invoice queries with suppliers
- Providing general office support to the Office Manager
- Cover Reception during breaks and some holidays
