Part Time Evening Service Call Advisor

Revive Recruitment are currently working with an establishment business to recruit a Part Time Evening Service Call Advisor within their expanding Business Process Department. If you hold experience of working within retail, customer service or an office based position and looking to work evenings and weekends, then we would like to talk to you.

Position: Part Time Evening Service Call Advisor
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £8.65 per hour
Hours: 17:30 - 21:00 Monday to Thursday, 17:30 - 20:30 Friday, & also 1:6 Saturdays to work 9:30 -14:00.
Location: Ellesmere Port

Main Purpose of Job:

  • Outbound/Inbound Online calls to customers to ensure the accurate capture of data is required
  • Updating the database. Ensure all instructions are entered promptly and accurately.
  • Liaise with other departments and suppliers as required to maximise customer service and to negotiate the return of work within agreed service levels
  • Flexible working approach providing support to other team members.
  • Take part in team meetings to share learning and improve processes & Attend appropriate training and update meetings with Outbound Services Team Leader

What we are looking for:

  • Candidates with great Customer Service skills, gained from with a retail, office, customer service or call centre background
  • IT literate
  • Good accurate data entry skills
  • Enjoys working as part of a team.
