This very successful company is looking to add a experienced Part Time Distribution Administration Assistant to join their team after recent internal promotion. The role includes a salary of £12,921, pension, lie assurance and free onsite parking.

This major manufacturing business has been in operation for over 100 years and provides high quality products to customers around the World. They have invested heavily in the business to enable them to stay at the forefront in their market.

About the role:
Working in a busy and lively office, you will be assist in ensuring the smooth running of all processes associated with the distribution office. Duties will include:

  • Allocating sales orders and collection notes to delivery schedules
  • Processing delivery notes and POD's
  • Preparing despatch documentation
  • Liaising with Accounts and Sales departments to ensure queries are resolved
  • Providing general assistance to the Distribution Manager

Skills and Experience Required:
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar busy administration role. Experience within a distribution or logistics environment would be beneficial. You will be IT literate. Experience of AS400 would be useful but training can be provided. You will be able to commit to a part time role on an ongoing basis.

About the benefits:

  • A salary of £12,921 for 25 hours a week
  • 21 days holiday plus bank holidays, rising to 26 days plus bank holidays over time
