6 months fixed term contract, part-time customer service role
Your new company
Hays Office Support are currently working with a successful organisation based in Tadcaster. Due to continued success this company are looking for an experienced Customer Service candidate to join the team on a 6 month fixed term contract. Part time basis. The shift are' Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 5pm - 9pm
Your new role
You will be responsible for inbound phone calls and need to provide technical support (training will be provided). It might be that you are unable to help and an engineer may need to go out, so you will need to pass on the details to another team. You will be first point of contact for enquires, and you will provide an approachable, helpful service.
What you'll need to succeed
You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills together with an ability to work with people remotely. You will be the first point of contact for technicians, team managers and customers alike. You will need good IT skills including MS Word, Outlook & Excel.
