Job: Part time Customer Service Team Leader
Hours: 17.30 - 21.00 (Monday - Friday)
Salary: £8,500 - £10,100
Our client is currently seeking a Customer Service Team Leader to support Customer Service Manager within a busy and fast paced customer service team. You will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service within the customer service team, ensuring all procedures are followed and department standards are met. Recruiting team members, monitoring team performance, allocating work and ensuring KPI’s are met.
- Good working ethic
- Strong leadership skills
- Previous experience within an office-based team leader role is essential
- Call centre experience preferred
