Our client based in Huntingdon specialise in non-surgical Cosmetic treatments offering the top brands of treatment within the industry. They are seeking a part time Customer Service Administrator to join their small efficient team to liaise with the patients and assist in the smooth running of the office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful business within the Cosmetics industry.
The hours are 3 days per week, Wednesday to Friday, 7 hours per day. There is some flexibility on the hours worked. You must be flexible to work additional hours as and when required.
· Handle incoming calls and responding to emails from new / existing patients to book appointments for various procedures.
· Book appointments for all clinics (Huntingdon, Harley Street, Hove, Cambridge, Peterborough, Richmond and Reading)
· Advise patients about special offers or other treatments that they might be interested in
· Make outgoing calls to existing patients on the database to remind them of services.
· Update CRM with any new information.
You must have excellent customer service skills, an excellent telephone manner, be smart and professional and ideally have an interest in working within the Cosmetics industry.
