This is a Permanent position for a Part-Time Customer Service Executive to join a growing team based near Gatwick Airport.

The Part-Time Customer Service Executive Position based near Gatwick airport will involve the following tasks:
- Provide front line support to customers both face to face and over the phone
- Manage the end to end customer experience
- Manage customer booking queries
- Process administrative checks for customer bookings
- Update the system with customer details
The successful candidate for the Customer Service Executive position will need to have the following skills and experience:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong IT skills
- Be comfortable meeting with customers face to face as well as over the phone
- Have a hands on approach
- Positive attitude
This is a Part-Time position requiring someone to work 20 hours per week. There is scope to increase the hours in the future if you would like to do so.
The hours would be split across the week, but would include working 1 day at the weekend with the other hours made up throughout the week.
A candidate is required who can be flexible within these hours to assist with busy times of the year.
