This is a newly created position within the organisation. Working hours are Monday - Friday 12-5.30pm.
Holidays are 20 + bank holiday which increases with service with the company.
To provide front line telephone support to our UK wide base of Clients.
• Responsible for frontline telephone support on six software products
• Responsible for dealing with emails and other methods of contact via the websites
• Responsible for taking accurate notes and escalating to the Agents for resolution.
It is essential that candidates applying for the role possess the following :
• Previous experience from a helpdesk or call centre environment.
• Knowledge of PC hardware
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work proactively under pressure
