Part Time Customer Service Advisors
Part Time, Fixed Term Contract initially for 6 months
Salary: £18,000 p.a.

About the role
We are seeking part time Customer Service Advisors to work in a fast paced environment, professionally handling enquiries from people interested in finding out more about careers in the Army.
In this part time role you will handle enquiries from a number of sources including potential candidates regarding a variety of subjects. The majority of calls will come from candidates who already have applications to join the Army and are calling to discuss next steps, booking events or getting feedback from events they have attended.
You will be a natural people person, able to build rapport quickly and provide positive and insightful information about the opportunities that the Army provides. You will be engaging and positive, with the ability to demonstrate the benefits that joining the Army can offer.
Your base will be at the National Recruiting Centre (NRC) working as part of a large and dynamic team, comprising of civilian and military personnel, all of whom are dedicated to providing a warm, positive and knowledgeable first impression of the Army. Full training will be provided.
Please note, you will be required to work Monday - Friday 10:30am - 2:30pm.

Since March 2012, Capita has been working with the Ministry of Defence (MOD) in a partnering arrangement with the armed forces to deliver recruitment services for the Army. The project represents a major investment in the transformation for military recruiting.
The contract covers the entire recruiting and selection process for both the Regular Army and the Reserves, and is helping transform the way the Army recruits its officers and soldiers.
What you will do:
Provide clear advice on potential career options and processes
Create candidate records and enter data accurately
Complete initial eligibility screening and act as the first point of contact for all calls
Give an excellent impression of the Army and the RPP
Answer all enquiries effectively and efficiently via telephone or webchat
Demonstrate a genuine interest in the candidate's needs and future aspirations
Your experience will include:
- Previous customer service experience
- Confident in handling both inbound and outbound calls
- Clear communicator
- Good attention to detail
- IT Literate
