The Customer Service Advisor Role
Working as a Customer Service Advisor in our inbound call centre, you’ll be taking inbound calls from our road users who want to make payments, update their account details or those who have general queries.
Your target is to provide the best quality of service for our customers, you do not have to sell anything or hit a number of calls per hour, etc All we expect you to do is to be available when the calls are coming and provide the best service to every customer. We will ensure that you have received all the training necessary and you will receive ongoing training and coaching to ensure you are always able to deliver the best of you.
We have part-time roles available, and flexible shifts for evenings and weekends. Call Centre experience isn’t essential as full training is provided. We will teach you everything you need to know, all we ask it that you share our core values –passion, excellence and commitment and flexibility and that you have basic computer skills.
Requirements for the Customer Service Role
Full training is provided for this role. We are looking for Call Centre Advisors who will bring positive energy, a desire to succeed, and are willing to go above and beyond for your customers!
A candidate should have good written and verbal skills and be computer literate.
