Part Time Customer Service Advisor

I am recruiting for a part time customer service advisor 1 position working 25 hours a week.

Week 1 9.30 am - 2.30 pm Monday - Friday, Week 2 working from home Sunday - Thursday 5 pm - 10 pm

* Being the first point of contact for customers. Answering calls in a polite, professional and timely manner
* Processing all customer requests from various sources whether that be via phone, email, online portals or fax
* Effective communication skills and the ability to confidently interact with customers and colleagues from other areas of the business
* Establish the type of call received and process accordingly
* Log calls on internal systems ensuring accuracy which will include site details, machine information, details of the problem and other requirements that support excellent service delivery
* Taking ownership of calls and ensuring that any escalations or complaints are handled in a quick and efficient manner ensuring the end result is delivered to the customer.
* Consult with other departments as required in the process of logging a call to ensure accuracy and excellent service delivery
* A flexible approach to support with covering essential department routines when other colleagues are on holiday
* Updating customer portals as required in line with agreed customer specific requirements to support
* Review technician standby rota for evening and weekend handovers
* Undertake any other duties as appropriate within your competence, as required by your line manager

Key Skills and Attributes
* Excellent communication skills with a customer focussed attitude
* Highly motivated and well organised
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads
* Good problem solver
* Previous experience of working to structured KPI's / SLA's and be results focussed
* Competent user of Microsoft Office Suite
* Previous experience of a customer contact centre role is highly desirable
