Part time Customer Service Advisor

First Personnel are currently recruiting for a number of Customer Service Advisors for our Utilities client based in the Birmingham area. 

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be handling customer enquiries over the telephone, delivering a friendly, helpful and efficient service to every customer. This is a Part time position working 4 hours per day on a rotating shift. 


  • Answer inbound customer calls
  • Resolve a range of customer enquiries
  • Problem solving
  • Offer advice and guidance
  • Update internal systems 

Skills and experience: 

  • Good communication and listening skills
  • Professional and friendly approach to work
  • Flexible with working hours
  • IT literate 
  • Experience in CRM desirable
  • Industry knowledge desirable (Utilities) 

Training: Monday to Friday Full time 9am - 5pm for the first 10 days 

Shift times: Monday to Saturday (1 in 3 Saturdays) 

8am - 12pm 

4pm - 8pm 

Potential Overtime available
