Hours: 4.30pm - 10.30pm 4 on 4 off shift pattern OR Weekends 15hrs
Our client is an engaging and growing Claims Management Company based in the Stockport area
They are currently looking to add a dynamic Customer Service professional to their team.
This is a varied position which will involve a number of customer service responsibilities including keeping customers up to date with the progress of their Motor Insurance Claim & liaising with Third Parties to ensure all work is being completed in good time.

What’s needed for me to be considered?
Previous customer service experience is essential
Knowledge of Motor Insurance/Claims adventageous
Microsoft Word / Excel knowledge
Positive personality with strong work ethic
