Are you a customer focussed individual that enjoys handling a variety of calls ? We are currently recruiting Customer Contact Advisors for a company based in Bristol you would be required to meet and exceed customer's expectations by dealing with their queries, concerns and complaints in a friendly, facilitative and flexible manner.
Along with the ability to proactively manage all customer contact and ensure that service levels are achieved. The 'ideal' candidate must be able to put customer's needs first, by handling inbound communication, adopting an empathetic and consultative approach.
You will also need to be able to juggle tasks and feel confident using in-house database to ensure information is captured accurately and correctly.
This is a permanent opportunity commencing 16th April 2018, the training period would require you to attend for 5 weeks Monday - Friday 9am -5pm thereafter you will be requested to work 20 hours per week Monday to Friday 2.15pm - 6.15pm
Interviews will be held on week commencing 13th March 2018
Due to the intense training we request that no annual leave to be taken from 16th April - 9th June 2018
