Part Time Customer Assistant (Saturdays & Sundays) - £10.43 per hour
Satuday's & Sunday's 9:00am - 5:00pm
A part time opportunity is available to join our client based in Egham as a Customer Assistant. You will be responsible for providing written and verbal responses to a wide range of enquiries from external and internal customers.
- Providing an after sales service to external and internal customers
- Exceeding customer expectations across all enquiries, recovery of poor service, product quality issues and all customer contacts
- Keep accurate records for all customer communication
- Deal with incoming customer product returns and both incoming and outgoing product transfers
- Maintain accuracy in all stock movement documentation
This role will utilise your customer facing experience, your excellent communication skills and your flexible and innovative approach to problem solving. You will also have excellent PC skills - Microsoft Office.
