My client is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join their long standing team in their busy Llanelli office. This is a great opportunity to work in a varied and challenging role.
The position will involve:
- Dealing with new and existing customers on a daily basis.
- You will be required to take orders over the phone
- Process orders
- Stock take
- Cross-sell and up-sell products and promotions
An ideal candidate will be:
- Proactive and professional
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Be a team player
- Excellent IT skills
- A self motivated individual
This role will be 22 hours a week split over 4 days,
