My client is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join their long standing team in their busy Llanelli office. This is a great opportunity to work in a varied and challenging role.

The position will involve:

  • Dealing with new and existing customers on a daily basis.
  • You will be required to take orders over the phone
  • Process orders
  • Stock take
  • Cross-sell and up-sell products and promotions

An ideal candidate will be:

  • Proactive and professional
  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • Be a team player
  • Excellent IT skills
  • A self motivated individual

This role will be 22 hours a week split over 4 days,
