Our client is an established business based in Waltham Abbey who are looking for a part time Credit Controller on an ongoing temporary basis. The ideal hours would be 5 days per week (10-3pm or 4pm)
The role will involve:
- Speaking to clients on the phone and corresponding via email and letter for overdue debt.
- Invoice processing
- Raising sales invoices and sending them to clients
- Allocating of payments when received
- Managing client relationships and ensuring correct details have been sent prior to due dates
- Excel data entry
- Managing payment plans
- Adhoc administration duties.
