Part-Time Credit Controller - 3 days per week, flexible working.
Our clients, based in Macclesfield, are looking for a part-time, experienced Sales Ledger Administrator/Credit Controller to join their busy Finance team. Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will take responsibility for all aspects of sales ledger and credit control.
Good understanding of all aspects of S/L, credit control (B2B) and legal collection procedures
Raising invoices and sending to clients
Contacting customers regarding outstanding balances
Payment allocations onto accounts system
Uploading of invoices onto client portals
Resolving invoice queries with client AP teams
Preparation of weekly aged debt reports
Issuing overdue letters & statements
Setting up new accounts, reviewing credit limits and credit checking
