Part-Time Credit Controller - 3 days per week, flexible working.

Our clients, based in Macclesfield, are looking for a part-time, experienced Sales Ledger Administrator/Credit Controller to join their busy Finance team. Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will take responsibility for all aspects of sales ledger and credit control.

Key Accountabilities

  • Good understanding of all aspects of S/L, credit control (B2B) and legal collection procedures

  • Raising invoices and sending to clients

  • Contacting customers regarding outstanding balances

  • Payment allocations onto accounts system

  • Uploading of invoices onto client portals

  • Resolving invoice queries with client AP teams

  • Preparation of weekly aged debt reports

  • Issuing overdue letters & statements

  • Setting up new accounts, reviewing credit limits and credit checking
