We are now seeking a dynamic Commercial Property Legal Secretary to join our clients’ thriving practice in Suffolk on a part time basis. Working two to three days per week, the successful Legal Secretary will manage a busy and varied workload, assisting a team of Fee Earners with a wide range of administrative duties to include: diary document production; data processing and; general administrative duties. If you take pride in delivering and file management; typing; liaising with clients in person and over the telephone; high quality support and are seeking a hands-on role with responsibility from the outset, this opportunity is not to be missed.
You shall be a Legal Secretary with solid experience providing support to commercial property teams;
Possess outstanding communication skills both verbal and written at all levels;
Be able to organise your workload to meet tight deadlines whilst ensuring high levels of accuracy;
A pro-active team player who is equally comfortable working on your own initiative;
Have a fast and accurate typing speed;
Be seeking a part time position.
