My client is looking for a Part time Client Services assistant to join their busy team.
This role is all about service excellence, whether it is serving refreshments for client meetings or answering the telephones.
Your key duties will be:
Organising meeting rooms, including the set up and clearance of busy meeting rooms for internal and external meetings/events Preparing meeting room with refreshments, including ordering and serving lunches Ensuring that cutlery and tableware is promptly replenished, including loading and unloading the commercial dishwasher Managing stock, to include monitoring and ordering of catering supplies Ad hoc receptionist duties as directed including meeting and greeting clients, organising room bookings for client meetings, and answering and forwarding client calls to the correct department.
You must be smartly presented, enthusiastic with a "can do" attitude where nothing is too much trouble. This is a great opportunity to work for an organisation that truly values its staff.
Working hours are 16 per week, working Mon- Friday 2pm-6pm. ( with some flexibility required according to business needs.)
