Part Time Business Support Manager

This part time role is working 3 / 4 days a week and the successful applicant must be happy to be based and work from the Leatherhead office, however will need to commute to the Milton Keynes office once a week (travel expenses will be paid).

Job Description:

  • Attend Client pitch / presentation as required
  • Attend Client meetings, calls and reviews on a regular basis or as required
  • Ensure all process documents are up to date and accurate
  • Ensure compliance with client and company SLA’s
  • Executive Administration support for Associate Director - UK
  • Co-ordination of Leadership Team Meetings for designated team
  • Assisting with ordering and preparation of onsite kit and materials
  • Manage & procure suppliers & develop/co-ordinate process re creative design and print
  • Engage in project management/co-ordination duties, as required
  • Manage electronic files / housekeeping for designated team
  • Final account reconciliation support, as required
  • Manage training within the designated team whether internal or external
  • Deliver internal process training and ensure adhearance throughout the team
  • Support with new starter induction training and agendas
  • Support the implementation and management of GDPR process
  • Support the designated team with freelance resource as required
  • Budget Reconciliation & Finance Management
  • Support in the preparation of all client budgets where required
  • Manage and submit personal expenses and credit card reconciliations

Person Specification:

  • Must have experience of working in logistics and delegate man
  • agement Must have experience of working in automotive & pharma events
  • Musthave ability to support and train onsite
  • Pharma client experience would be an advantage
  • Passion for what you do, a desire to be all engaging, creative and keen to build a unique service offering in-house

Additional Information:

  • Based in Leatherhead
  • £30,000 - £35,000 (will be pro-rata to reflect part time working)
  • Part-time 3 / 4 days per week
  • 25 days holiday per year (pro rata)
  • Must have ability to work from the Leatherhead office however with one day per week in the Milton Keynes office
  • Discretional Annual Profit Related Bonus (not guaranteed)
