Our Client

Our client is a leading law firm enjoying a reputation for representing significant clients in complex legal matters. Their practice areas span commercial, employment, charities, commercial and residential real estate, family, private client, and community legal services. The firm and its partners are ranked highly by independent legal guides Chambers & Partners and Legal 500.

They are currently seeking a Business Development (Marketing) Professional to work within the firm's marketing team to develop plans to generate revenue from new clients.

The Role

The role will report to the Marketing Partner and work closely to support the M&BD team to implement the Firm-wide and Group Marketing Plans and ensure timely delivery and budgetary control of assigned activities. To provide input and support in the development of marketing plans.

The role will involve high levels of interaction with all areas of the firm to increase the engagement in new business development, providing guidance as well as hands-on support on new business development campaigns, industry, collateral creation, award submissions and directory submissions.

With key areas of responsibility covering insight, project management, new and existing business development this is a varied and challenging role.

The Candidate

Our client are looking to engage an ambitious and motivated completer/finisher with a high level of confidence dealing with senior executives internally and externally. Candidates ideally will have a good knowledge of recognised sales management and bid management processes. They will be expert communicators and have strong project management skills. Ideally, candidates will have a good handle on CRM systems and an insight into the legal profession.

Terms

The role is 30 hours per week up to full time with some flexibility over how the hours are worked. A salary of up to £40k fte is available. The role is based in the company’s office in Uxbridge. Nearest tubes are Metropolitan and Piccadilly lines.
