Job Description: Part time Book keeper (15 Hours)
Location: Macclesfield
Salary: £10 P/H
Shifts: Hours to be arranged

Award winning business based in Macclesfield whom are currently looking for a for a Part time sales ledger clerk.

My client is looking for a sales ledger clerk to assist and report to the finance manager.

General Responsibilities of a sales ledger clerk are:

" Accurately input & check new client contract data to the Contract Database
" Posting and allocating of cheques & card payments Inc. direct debits
" Raising Sales Invoices
" Bank reconciliations
" Processing credit notes
" Dealing with any queries
" Assisting with credit control
" Running debtor reports
" Preparing a weekly debtors report for Management

Sales Ledger skills required:

" Previous sales ledger or finance processing experience essential
" Excellent attention to detail
" Confident communicator
" Problem-solving skills
" Good knowledge of Microsoft systems

The ideal candidate:

" Knowledge of accounts receivable procedures in a similar environment
" High attention to detail
" Excellent communication skills
" Hard working and enthusiastic
