Part-Time Bookkeeper - About The Role

Working within this small but busy finance team you will be solely responsible for all aspects of bookkeeping including bank reconciliations, vendor accounts, VAT and credit control. This is a temporary role for 12 months working 25 hours per week. The days and hours are very flexible.

Our client is based in Weybridge. Able to offer flexibility with days and hours but the client is looking for someone to work 25 hours per week and commitment for the full 12 months.

As the Part-Time Bookkeeper you will be responsible for:

  • Credit Control
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • UK VAT Returns
  • Vendor Accounts
  • Controlled Accounts

The successful Part-Time Bookkeeper will have:

  • You will have a proven track record in a similar role
  • You will be happy to work in a small organisation and commit for 12 months
  • Strong communication and IT skills are essential including Excel (Sage Line 50 would be a bonus)
